Every home uses cooking gas. We all know that leakage of cooking gas can cause fires and explosions and can cause loss of life and property. And yet we have no way to protect ourselves if there was a gas leakage at our home!

Thia gadget works with all types of cooking gas including LPG cylinders and piped natural gas. 

 

The Gas Leakage Alarm Gadget is a must for every home or commercial kitchens and premises where combustible gases are stored or used. 

 

How does it work?
The Gizmobaba Gas detector alarm gadget has a gas sensor in it’s circuit. This is like a nose, it can “smell” combustible gases in the air. It wrks on regular 220V AC power supply. Once you plug in the device, it takes about 2 minutes for the device to activate.

When you switch on the device, the green light will blink on and off for 2-3 minutes, until the sensor is activated, Once it is activated, the green light stays on (blinking stops). Now the unit is ready to sense any gas leakage.

 

Once the gadget is activated, it is constantly looking for excess gas in the air. As soon as the gas in the air exceeds a dangerous threshold and remains like that for more than 5 seconds, the unit lets out a very loud alarm of 85db and the red light comes on. It consumes only 100mA current, the power consumption is negligible.
